Healthy eating and Nutrition is something that should be a way of life and I highly recommend that this be used alongside your Personal Training. The correct Nutritional advice is the key to your training outcomes, let alone your overall health and well being as it will help you in the way you feel and perform. 80% of our body composition (fat and muscle) can be attributed to our diet. Analysing your diet using a food diary and then following a structured and progressive food plan that is realistic and achievable will help you to lose unwanted weight or build muscle depending on what you wish to achieve, whilst significantly improving your health and lifestyle. Expanding your nutritional knowledge will educate you in the purpose of managing and maintaining your target weight in the future. Keeping your meal plans healthy and giving them a purpose is not as hard as you think, all recommendations will be discussed and agreed together so that you gain the full benefit alongside your personal training.
