GP REFERRALS 

As a Female Personal Trainer I know there are many medical conditions that may limit what people can achieve in their daily lives and this can have a profound effect on the quality of their life. Exercising in a safe and effective way can have a positive influence on how health and wellbeing improving your daily activities and giving you a new lease of life, As your Personal trainer I will ensure you train with confidence starting with a suitable fitness training programme that compliments your existing treatment and medication. The programme will be progressively tailored to help to reduce your symptoms, promote healthy lifestyle changes helping you return to full fitness.

With any medical condition you should always seek an exercise referral from your GP before you begin training with me.

In my case I wanted to lose weight. I had been given a stern talking-to by my doctor and decided it was about time I took it seriously.
