BOXING  

If you thought boxing was only for the tough you are wrong. Taking the correct techniques from boxing and kick boxing is highly energetic way to shed massive amounts of calories. This workout will work all areas of fitness whilst getting you in the best physical shape and you don’t have to get hit ! It is a functional, fun, high-paced high spirited form of fitness for all ages and abilities. It involves boxing concepts like aiming for pads, ducking, weaving, killer combinations, speed, agility, endurance, power, core and balance. You perform a variety of punches like jabs, crosses, head/body hooks, upper cuts, kicks and punch sit-ups, however I shall always begin with the basic techniques until I feel you are ready to move forward to the more technical combinations.
